Request for Proposals: country‑level mapping of PURE service providers and solutions

Please note: We are seeking 4 individual consultants, each based in and responsible for one country only (Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, and Uganda). Please apply only for the country in which you are based.

Each consultant will conduct a systematic mapping of PURE service providers and their solution portfolios within their assigned country, collect structured market data compatible with the SELCO Foundation database, and validate information through direct engagement with service providers.

Local expertise and fluency in relevant languages are essential to ensure accurate, complete, and reliable data collection.
