Abstract
The YEE 2030 strategy builds on over a decade of learning and introduces an updated youth engagement contextual framework focused on four key outcomes: Access, Match, Grow, and Enable (AMGE).
Its ambitions include impacting 4 million young people and creating 2.5 million jobs—while identifying the drivers of system transformation: youth leadership, entrepreneurship, and equitable partnerships. It supports SNV’s global and country teams to work with and for young women and men, unlocking opportunities across the agri-food, energy, water, and other emerging sectors.
