Agro-dealers launch inputs distribution centre

The Agro-dealer Association of Zimbabwe Trust Group (ADAZTG) recently launched an agriculture inputs distribution entre at Murombedzi Growth Point in Zvimba District.

The centre was established through an SNV capacity building initiative under the Rural Agriculture Revitalization Project which is funded by DANIDA. In a statement on the occassion of the launch, the Royal Danish Embasy Office In Harare said Denmark's development cooperation in Zimbabwe is aimed at supporting inclusive economic growth through the private sector development in agriculture. Speaking at the launch ceremony, SNV Food Security Team Leader, Mr. Moses Kondowe, said the agro-dealer distribution centre will contribute to revitalising rural agriculture by providing smallholder farmers, especially those in the most remote areas, with easy access to inputs at affodable prices.
