SNV participates in World Water Week 2017

SNV will attend World Water Week 2017 which takes place in Stockholm from August 27 to September 1.

World Water Week is the annual focal point for the globes water issues and is organised by SIWI. This year’s event will address the theme of “water and waste: reduce and reuse”.

SNV along with other stakeholders will participate in a number of different session throughout the week focusing on the following topics:

• 29 August: Smart regulation to reduce faecal contamination of urban water resources

• 30 August: SDG6 - Searching for universal sustainability metrics for rural water services

• 31 August: Pathogen flows: Applying public health principles to urban sanitation
